How to apply

Person applying for job online

SDDirect is a UK based employer with all positions based in the UK, unless otherwise stated in the advert.

We were created out of a passion for equality and diversity, and encourage you to apply regardless of your age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race (including colour, nationality, and ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, or sexual orientation. All applicants are treated fairly, and recruitment decisions are based on the skills, experience and knowledge required for the role.

Information on how to apply is detailed in our adverts. Our recruitment process includes an initial call from our HR team, followed by a written assessment and an interview with our hiring panel. If your first interview is successful, you will be invited to attend a second interview before a final decision is made.

All our positions require the successful candidate to undergo a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Having a criminal record will not necessarily bar individuals from working with SDDirect, this will depend on the circumstances of the offence and the nature of the role. We will take every possible step to ensure people are treated fairly.

London Living Wage Accreditation

We guarantee all employees will be paid the London Living Wage or above, including internships.

Disability Confident Scheme

As proud participants of this scheme, we can accommodate reasonable adjustments throughout recruitment and in the workplace for applicants with disabilities. We guarantee an interview to disabled candidates who meet the minimum shortlisting criteria in the person specification.
