Trudi joined SDDirect in January 2026 as Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team. She brings more than two decades of administrative expertise, developed primarily within the private equity sector before making a purposeful transition into the not‑for‑profit world. Trudi is driven by a commitment to fostering collaboration and strengthening organisational effectiveness.
Beyond her professional role, Trudi is a dedicated wellness enthusiast who practises mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and yoga. She is also an avid reader, with a particular interest in autobiographies and biographies.
Trudi graduated from the University of York in 1998 with a degree in Linguistics with Languages, which included a year of study at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her broader life experiences include volunteering with Raleigh International in Chile in 1994 and successfully summiting Mount Kilimanjaro in 2011.
