Holly is currently covering the Associate Director of Business Development role at SDDirect, where she leads the Business Development team and supports the organisation’s ongoing growth. Holly brings over 15 years of experience in business development across a range of sectors including welfare, justice, health, defence, and education.
Over the years, Holly has worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes — from FTSE 100 companies and national charities to newer, joint venture start-ups. She’s led complex bids, developed growth strategies, and secured contracts with clients such as the UK Ministry of Justice, Department for Work & Pensions, and Department for Education.
Holly’s work has always centred around building strong partnerships, maintaining trusted relationships with clients, and encouraging effective teamwork.
Holly holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree from University College London.
