Rebekah Martin reflects on how the programme and consortium have strengthened their approach to Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). Drawing on a GEDSI Scan conducted with CLEAN Helpdesk staff between March and June 2025, this blog highlights how intentional mainstreaming has helped move beyond a ‘tick-box exercise’, increase ambition, and embed inclusive practice across programming—while identifying opportunities for continued improvement.
