Juliet is a global health and international development specialist with over four years of experience supporting multi-country programmes across research, operations, and donor-funded delivery. Currently a Programme Officer at Social Development Direct, she supports the end-to-end delivery of complex international projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with donor requirements. This includes coordinating core programme management and governance for key GBVH portfolios for British International Investment (BII) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Prior to joining SDDirect, Juliet held roles at DAI, where she supported large-scale USAID portfolios focused on digital transformation and climate-relevant systems across Africa and Asia. Her background also includes significant experience in monitoring and evaluation at MPOWER Financing, where she led impact activities for education access and financial inclusion programmes in India and beyond.
Juliet holds an MSc in Global Health (Distinction) from King’s College London, where she specialised in women’s health, health systems resilience, and evidence-informed decision-making. She is committed to advancing gender equality, disability, and social inclusion (GEDSI) within health systems and synthesising technical evidence to inform more equitable strategic outcomes. Outside of her professional work, Juliet's interests include travel, reading, and cooking.
