Olivia joined SDDirect in February 2021 as a Technical Analyst with a focus on the Inclusive Economic Development portfolio. She is currently working as a researcher on the Work and Opportunities for Women (WOW) helpdesk.
Olivia has four years of experience in the international development sector, with key skills in research, project management and M&E. Olivia’s previous experience includes as the project manager and researcher for the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Unit for the Global Fund to End Modern Slavery, as a researcher on a gender-responsive budgeting policy review, as a policy assistant at the Gender and Development Network (GADN) and as a pilot manager on the FCDO Frontier Technologies programme.
Olivia has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Manchester and a Master’s degree with distinction in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies.
