Human Resources & Administration Officer
Karimah joined Social Development Direct in February 2019 as our Human Resources & Administration Officer. She is passionate about employee welfare and works hard to ensure that organisational procedures are adhered to. She is the main point of contact for staff who have any queries regarding their employment.
Karimah has experience within the legal and recruitment industries. She manages all stages of the internal recruitment and onboarding process at SDDirect, whilst also maintaining several HR reports. In 2019, she worked closely with the executive management group to review and update the staff handbook, HR manual and lead staff discussions alongside our Business Health Check team.
Karimah is fluent in French and in her spare time, she is dedicated to her volunteer work. She enjoys writing and spending time with family and friends.
