- To provide high quality professional social development skills and expertise helping partners and clients address poverty and social exclusion both in the UK and internationally.
- To develop new and creative approaches and ‘out of the box’ solutions to both old and new problems and dilemmas, and tailor-made responses to individual assignments.
- To achieve professional collaboration between like-minded professionals working in the north and south and to create opportunities for young and southern development professionals.
- And above all, to foster development approaches grounded in a commitment to eradicating poverty, inequality and injustice internationally.
