Case studies >>Strengthening the Poverty Impact of the Paris Declaration

First published: 2009-06-01

From May 2007, SDDirect worked with Oxford Policy Management (lead) and workingtogether ltd in an assignment identifying evidence of linkages between Paris Declaration dimensions of country ownership, alignment, harmonisation, managing for results and mutual accountability and the cross cutting social themes of human rights, gender and social exclusion. The work was commissioned to influence the agenda for the September 2008 Third High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (Accra). SDDirect provided international consultants, national consultants and researchers, contributing to the inception phase, four country cs studies, eleven thematic studies and the final analytical summary. Country cs study reports are available for Bangladesh, Bolivia, Kenya, Sierra Leone, Uganda and Vietnam.
